Click here to complete the 2024/2025 Interest Form.

Step 2: Attend an Open House

Register here for one of our upcoming open house tours.

Step 2: Submit an Application

Interested families can complete an application during an open house session or apply here.

Step 3: Submit School Records and Teacher Recommendations

After submitting your application and the non-refundable $30 application fee (K-5 only), we will email a records request and teacher recommendation form.

We require one recommendation form for Kindergarten and First Grade applicants. If your child has not yet attended school, this step does not apply. If your child is applying to grades 2 through 5, please have two teachers complete confidential Recommendation Forms. Please sign the form before sending it to the recommending teacher, and have them send it directly to Jubilee School.

Next, obtain your child’s school records (if applicable) by completing the Request for Records Form and sending it to your child’s current school. Please make sure that their school has fulfilled your request. Please email admissions@jubileeschool.net if you have any questions.

Step 4: Schedule a Two-Day Visit

We believe prospective students should have a voice in the decision-making process when choosing a school. Visiting our school allows prospective students to experience a day in the life of our unique learning community and decide whether or not Jubilee fits their needs. During your child’s visit, they will learn and play alongside our students while attending core subjects, specials, lunch, and recess. Our teachers will use this time to get to know your child and assess their academic and social strengths and challenges so that we are equipped to meet your child’s needs. For PreK families, our two-day visits are designed to help ease the transition from home to school or a new learning environment.

After we have received your completed application and accompanying paperwork, we will contact you to schedule a two-day visit. A parent interview is also required in the admission process. When we arrange your child’s visit, we will also plan a 30-40 minute parent interview.

Please feel free to call or email Admissions if you have questions at any time during the admission process.

If your child is accepted and a class has reached full capacity, they will be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list comprises students who have had a successful evaluation visit but are entering a grade where the class has reached capacity. If and when space becomes available, parents will be notified and asked to complete the enrollment process.
