Mike Watson (jazz) is an educator and bass clarinetist who has been studying music under the direction of Marshall Allen of the Sun Ra Arkestra for several years. The goal of the program will be to form a band, using the instruments at our disposal, to create music which is both jazz and experimental. The idea is to give children a way to express and explore sound in a structured, yet uninhibited, way.
