K-6 Admissions Process

Dear Prospective Families,

We are so glad you are considering joining our Jubilee School learning community!

Choosing Jubilee means joining a group of families, educators, and students who are deeply invested in education, equity, and celebration. We believe that school is not just a place students attend, but a community they help shape and belong to. Here, students are known and celebrated for who they are, challenged to think critically and creatively, and supported as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

We invite you to continue exploring our website to learn more about life at Jubilee. We would love the opportunity to connect with you, answer your questions, and support you through the admissions process. Our students and families are always eager to share what makes Jubilee feel like home, and we look forward to getting to know you.

Warmly,

Jubilee School Admissions Team

How to Apply

  • We invite families to come to one of our many open houses to learn more about Jubilee. Open houses are held during the school day so you have the chance to visit classrooms and see the day in action. During the visit, there is an information session where we will answer any questions

We have no more Open House dates scheduled for this school year. You are still welcome to apply using the link below.

  • Interested families can submit an online application using the link below. The application fee is $30, and will be charged using our online application system.

    Jubilee School K-6 Application

  • After submitting your application and $30 application fee, you will receive a records request form and teacher recommendation form.

If your child has not yet attended school, this step does not apply.

  • After we have received your completed application and accompanying paperwork, we will contact you to schedule a two-day visit. Kindergarten applicants will visit for two half day, while 1st-6th grade applicants will visit for two full school days.

We believe prospective students should have a voice in the decision-making process when choosing a school. Visiting our school allows prospective students to experience a day in the life of our unique learning community and decide whether or not Jubilee fits their needs. During your child’s visit, they will learn and play alongside our students while attending core subjects, specials, lunch, and recess. Our teachers will use this time to get to know your child and assess their academic and social strengths and challenges so that we are equipped to meet your child’s needs.

Please feel free to email admissions@jubileeschool.net, or call our office (215) 387-7592 at any time if you have questions about the admissions process. We look forward to meeting you!

Admissions Decision and Financial Aid Application

We will begin reviewing completed applications in January, and admissions decisions will be sent via email in early spring. If your child has been accepted into Jubilee, we will follow up with steps to complete the financial aid application process.

If your child is accepted and a class has reached full capacity, they will be placed on the waiting list. The waiting list comprises students who have had a successful evaluation visit but are entering a grade where the class has reached capacity. If and when space becomes available, parents will be notified and asked to complete the enrollment process.
